After creating the perfect setting for the groom to be’s surprise proposal in Atlanta, April worked with the happy couple to create an almost week long destination wedding extravaganza with their 55 friends and family exactly one year later. Their guests traveled from around the globe to witness and toast their union in Doonbeg, Ireland. From the pre-wedding official duties upon arrival through the multitude of festivities throughout, the B&E details were ever present to continue the theme set in the invitation elements the bride + April designed with Paces Papers. The bride donned three custom dresses from Paris + Bordeaux based designer Elise Martimort for the wedding weekend with her wedding dress delicately adorned with B&E on her lace sleeves. The whimsical atmosphere at Hotel Doonbeg came complete with a rainbow that lit up the rehearsal dinner and the few spots of drizzle that blessed the couple during their ceremony which were the quintessential Irish nod to the bride’s heritage. From the moment we arrived, the cuisine, service + attention to detail from every single person in their event staff, Executive Chef and the entire property brought the vision and experience for B&E to life! The local vendors were amazing to work with and truy embraced the fun, festive and family focused vibe we set out to create with stunning floral by Claire + team at The Informal Florist, a delicious cake and breathtaking photo by Sean and Kate and video coverage from Dreamcatcher Productions that remain the couple’s favorite viewing material.
